This the most crucial period of the entire program. We’ll meet with you weekly during this stage to help you start to build a new and healthy routine.

5 Weeks & Beyond

After the first month, you’ll be well on your way to turning your new routine into your new lifestyle. We’ll continue to meet with you weekly until you meet your goal weight.

1st Milestone

Congratulations!
You’ve reached your first 10% weight loss milestone. At this point, we will continue to work together to meet your desired goal weight.
