Amber Caldwell
Amber Caldwell graduated from UNCG with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2008. She worked at a nurse in surgical intensive care and emergency room settings before going back for her MSN. In 2015, she completed her Masters of Science in Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner program at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Prior to joining Blue Sky MD, she worked as an FNP in the Piedmont triad with Urgent/Express Care. When she is not working she enjoys being outdoors with her 3 dogs, assisting local animal rescues, and spending time with her husband and family.

Jennifer Chatmon
FNP-C
Jennifer is a native North Carolinian. She first received a B.S. in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University. Later she changed careers, and became a registered nurse, graduating from Guilford Technical Community College. During this time she worked in NICU; pediatrics; mother baby; cardiopulmonary; infection control; and E.R. She also spent sixteen months as a travel nurse in CA. Jennifer returned to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill completing her Master in Nursing and became a licensed Nurse Practitioner. She holds a certification in Family Primary Care from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Jennifer has been independently studying functional medicine and nutrition for seventeen years, and has a passion to help others regain their health through these methods. Believing in balance, she works within conventional treatments as necessary, and appreciates the benefits of giving the body what it needs to optimally perform.
Her outside interests include biking, hiking, reading, singing, and playing guitar. She loves spending time with friends and family, as well as being apart of her local church.

PA-C Phillip Kolarczyk
Physician Assistant
Originally from the Altoona Pennsylvania area, Phil studied psychology and government law at Lafayette College in Easton, PA where he also played football for the Leopards. After relocating to Texas, Phil embarked on his medical career and obtained his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch. While in Texas, Phil focused on weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. After relocating to the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area in the summer of 2019, Phil's prior experience led him to the position with Blue Sky MD. When Phil is not working, he enjoys golfing, hiking, watching football and spending time with his family.

Barbara Beck
MS, PA-C
Barbara Beck served as an EMT and firefighter in New York for 15 years. She received her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at SUNY Stony Brook and started her Physician Assistant career in the Emergency Department at Moses Cone and Wesley Long Hospitals in Greensboro, NC. Her personal experience with weight loss includes maintaining her own weight loss of over 100 pounds. Her professional experience includes first assist in the operating room for Bariatric Surgery patients, following their progress post operatively, and treating those who regained weight after surgery.
Her strengths include applying her years of experience in medical weight loss here at Blue Sky MD. She provides medical guidance and hormone therapy, helping our patients optimize their metabolism. Barbara offers her patients compassion and empathy during what can be a challenging journey for some. She partners with our Wellness Coaches and Behavioral Health Team to help patients be successful in their weight loss and to improve their health and quality of life. She is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association with a Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine.

Diann Morris
PA
Diann Morris graduated from UNCG in 1993 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She has worked in various hospital settings including med surg, neuro intensive care, radiology, endoscopy and home health. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Winston Salem State University in 2008. Diann’s experience includes family practice, urgent care as well as nine years in Bariatric medicine before joining Blue Sky MD. When she is not working she enjoys spending time hiking, kayaking, and at the beach with family and friends.

Jeannie Miller
Wellness Coach
Jeannie is a native of North Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Salem College. Through her education, she gained a deep appreciation for using nutrition and exercise to prevent illness and chronic disease. Her passion is to help others be the best version of themselves that they can be. She also brings experience as a Wellness Coach and Group Exercise Instructor at the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, photography, and spending time with family.

Kess Thongteum
WHNP-BC
Kess is a board certified nurse practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and graduate degree from The Ohio State University. Kess has been practicing gynecology in Greensboro since 2004. “I am so excited to blend my history of traditional hormone therapy with non-traditional methods, to truly be able to offer patients a wide variety of options to best suit their needs.”
Kess also has a deep background focusing on wellness and prevention. “My passion is empowering and educating patients to feel their best.” Because of her expansive history in GYN care, we are excited to have her expand our GYN services to meet the needs of women across their life span. When not at work, Kess is actively involved in the Greensboro community with her family. She’s a mom to two kids, a dog, cat, and two bunnies. Her favorite free time activities are hiking or baking!

Holly Jamison
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Holly, a native of North Carolina, has practiced along the full continuum of health and disease and excited to join BlueSky MD with a focus on wellness and optimizing health. She has spent 3 decades in healthcare, observing the power of the body and its ability to function recognizing the power of good nutrition and movement. She has an interest in partnering with individuals and helping them understand their body and its needs, giving them the power to make informed decisions.
She has a Bachelors in Health Education and Nursing prior to attending The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her Masters.
Enjoys free time with her husband keeping up with their toddler twins and big brother exploring the outdoors, hiking local trails, hanging out at the pool, or snuggling during movies or food competition shows. She also has a beloved poodle "Stella" and half a dozen chicken

Caitlin Barringer
Wellness Coach
Caitlin was born and raised in North Carolina, and moved to Greensboro to pursue her degree in Exercise Science. From there, she has been a Certified Personal Trainer for the past 6 years. She has a passion for helping others become the healthiest they can be through nutrition and exercise, which led her to Blue Sky. In her free time she loves to hang out with her daughter, husband, and two dogs. She also likes to build furniture and tackle DIY projects.

Stephanie Swiger
Wellness Coach
Stephanie was born and raised in Ohio where she attended Urbana University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training. She worked at a local high school for 2 years before relocating to North Carolina nine years ago. Stephanie worked as an Athletic Trainer for a local orthopedic office for eight years. While working, she obtained my Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration.
Fitness and nutrition have always been a passion. Stephanie wanted to focus more on the nutrition aspect to help others become overall healthier. In her spare time she enjoys watching sports and spending time with family enjoying the outdoors.
